If like me you are struggling to keep your 1 orchid healthy and alive at home, this image will look pretty impossible to picture in your mind. But it actually exists!
Th orchids valley is in the heart of the Cilento National Park, by the town of Sassano. It’s a 47 squared-km area that visitors can access via a path 13 km long to admire the more than 184 types of orchids (in Europe there are in total 319).
Biologists and interested visitors can book week ends or 1-day trip with expert guides are available
- 1 day including tour with guide, collection of herbs, lunch 40€ per person
- half week end – 2 days (sat-sun), including activities above in 2 different areas of the park, accommodation in 3 stars hotel and reception (2 lunches and 1 dinner) 110€ per person
