slow vs fast. Why everybody in Italy is crazy for #slowfood?

slow food vs fast food. Why everybody in Italy is crazy for #slowfood? is it a good or a bad signal?

Whether you happen to be in Italy (everywhere, not just in the south) you may happen to hear people talking about Slow Food or you could see the snail logo outside restaurants.

I must admit, that snail doesn’t say much so I decided to clarify in 3 points why it’s GOOD to eat in places associated to Slow Food, accordingly to the association requirements.

1 – It’s good – which means it’s tasty and traditional

2 – It’s clean – every product has been grown up in a healthy environment

3 – It’s fair – the process of production cycle and selling are perfectly balanced and respectful
